ALB's leadership brings more than 25 years of Human Resources practice to every engagement, spanning global talent acquisition, employment-based immigration and organizational development. That experience includes directing an international program that recruited 800 professionals from South America for European employers, leading HR for organizations of up to 3,500 employees, university lecturing in People Management and Coaching, and certified executive coaching, backed by postgraduate credentials from University College Dublin, Fundação Getúlio Vargas and the University of São Paulo.
