We offer job opportunities in European countries, mainly Ireland, with all the guidance and support a candidate needs, from preparing a CV in English, career coaching and interview preparation, to work-visa applications, travel and accommodation advice, and full support at every stage of relocation.

Depending on the vacancy, yes. ALB has teachers available to bring your English up to speed, preparing you for your arrival.

No. Applying for any vacancy is completely free. We never charge a recruitment fee, at any stage. Preparation services, coaching, CV writing, English lessons, are optional and entirely separate from applying for a job.

If you are not a national of a European country: yes. To work in Ireland or any other EU country, non-EU citizens need a work permit. Most companies handle the permit arrangements with the government, and ALB can also apply on your behalf once you have a job offer.

The only requirements are a passport valid for more than six months and a job offer.

If you found a vacancy that fits you: send a detailed CV, or complete the online form named in the vacancy announcement, and wait for a recruiter to contact you.

If nothing fits your profile yet but you want to prepare for the European market, choose one of our optional preparation services: career coaching, CV and cover letter in English, interview preparation, or work-visa and citizenship support.

It depends mostly on the company and the volume of candidates applying, but the process from application to job offer generally takes around six weeks.
